How long will it take to get my order?

In-stock orders are dispatched within 1 - 2 business days.

Delivery will take an additional 7 - 14 days. Rural and North Island addresses may take some extra time for delivery.

Please allow an extra 1-2 days if purchasing a plaque.

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery costs are calculated at checkout depending on your location.

Can I collect my order?

Yes, pick-up is available in Christchurch from Monday - Friday between 8.30 am - 5.00 pm.

Order as usual and select pick-up at the checkout page.

You will be notified when your order is ready to be collected, and you will be sent an email with the pickup address and instructions.

You must bring confirmation of your purchase with you.
